You can’t go back and replay previously beat levels without starting the game over. This game has 3 levels which are unlocked sequentially. 
If the remaining balls on either side of the match are a matching color then you can potentially set off a chain reaction.
When you make sets of 3 or more of the same ball color in a row they are removed from the chain. Shoot colored balls into the chain to place them adjacent to other balls of the same color. Tap the screen where you want to fire a ball. Use your mouse cursor to aim and left click to shoot a ball at the chain. Press the play button in the bottom center of the welcome screen to start the game. Clear all the laddu before they reach the end of the track. Make matches of 3 or more in a row of the same color to remove laddu from the playing field.
